Is Clubroom free to use?
Yes. The free plan lets you create up to 3 drills — no credit card required. It's enough to try the drill builder and see how it works. Upgrade to Pro or Club when you need more.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Clubroom is a web app — it works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. There is nothing to download or install.
How long does it take to create my first drill?
Most coaches build their first drill in under 10 minutes. Open a blank pitch, place your players and cones, draw some movement arrows, and save. That's it.
Can I use Clubroom on my phone or iPad during training?
Yes. The app is fully responsive and works on mobile and tablet. You can pull up a drill or session plan on the touchline during training.

What is included in the free plan?
The free plan gives you access to the drill builder and lets you save up to 3 drills. You can also explore the session planner and template library.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro gives you unlimited drills, full session planner access, public drill sharing via link, print-ready session plans, and AI drill generation.
What does the Club plan include?
The Club plan is for coaching staffs. It includes everything in Pro, plus the ability to invite unlimited coaches, a shared drill library across your whole club, role-based permissions, and an activity feed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of upgrading, contact us and we will refund you in full.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you around 35% compared to monthly. The exact saving is shown on the pricing page.
Can I get a discount for grassroots or non-profit clubs?
We offer reduced pricing for grassroots volunteer-run clubs. Reach out via the contact page and we'll sort something out.
Drill Builder
What can I place on the pitch canvas?
You can place players (numbered or labelled), cones, balls, rectangular zones, and text labels. Movement arrows show runs, passes, and rotations — curved or dashed.
Can I animate the drill to show the sequence of play?
Yes. Add step numbers to your movement arrows and hit Play — the animation runs through each phase in order. Useful for sharing with players before training.
Can I share a drill with someone who doesn't have a Clubroom account?
Yes. Any drill set to public can be shared via a link. The recipient can view and play the animation without signing up.
Can I print a drill or export it as an image?
Yes. From the drill builder you can export the pitch as an image or print directly. The session planner also produces print-ready session plans.
Session Planner
What is the session planner?
The session planner lets you combine drills from your library into a full training session. Set durations for each drill, write coaching notes, and print a clean plan to bring to the pitch.
Can I reuse sessions I've run before?
Yes. All sessions are saved and searchable. You can look back at any past session, duplicate it, and adapt it for a new training day.
AI Assistant
What can the AI generate?
You can describe a drill in plain text — the objective, player numbers, age group, any constraints — and the AI generates a structured drill complete with player positions, movement arrows, and coaching points. It can also generate full session plans.
Can I edit what the AI generates?
Yes. Every AI-generated drill opens in the full drill builder so you can adjust positions, change arrows, add zones, or rewrite coaching points.
Is AI generation available on the free plan?
AI generation is available on Pro and Club plans.
Club Hub
How many coaches can I invite to a Club?
Unlimited. Every invited coach gets full Pro access — they do not need their own subscription.
What roles can I assign?
Owner, Admin, Coach, and Staff. Admins can manage members and settings. Coaches can create and edit drills. Staff can view the shared library.
Is the shared drill library visible to all club members?
You control visibility per drill. Drills can be private (only you), team-scoped, club-wide, or fully public.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on EU-based servers. Clubroom is built on Supabase (Postgres) hosted in the EU.
What happens to my drills if I cancel?
Your drills are always yours. After cancelling you can still view and export any drill you created — you just cannot create new ones beyond the free plan limit.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
