Terms of Service

By using Clubroom, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use Clubroom only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to store or distribute illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs it

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro and Club) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details including our 14-day money-back guarantee and pro-rated annual refunds.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all drills, sessions, and other content you create in Clubroom. By storing content on our platform, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as necessary to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clubroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
