Clubroom (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by ClubRoom, registered in Denmark. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address, collected when you sign up.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and events within the app, collected via PostHog.
• Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.
• Content data: drills, sessions, and notes you create within the app, stored in our database.

Data Processors

• Supabase — database and authentication. Data stored on servers within the EU.
• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
• PostHog — product analytics. Used to understand how coaches use Clubroom and improve the product. You can opt out in your account settings.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Clubroom service, send transactional emails (e.g. password resets), process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for longer.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
