Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Clubroom and supplements our Terms of Service. By using Clubroom, you agree to this policy.

1. Permitted Use

Clubroom is designed for football coaching professionals and clubs. Permitted uses include:

  • Creating, editing, and sharing football drill diagrams
  • Planning and managing training sessions
  • Managing club rosters, teams, and staff
  • Collaborating with coaching staff within your club

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, store, or share content that:

  • Is illegal under Danish or EU law
  • Contains or depicts minors in a way that violates their privacy or applicable law
  • Impersonates another coach, club, organisation, or Clubroom staff
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

3. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Clubroom by automated means
  • Create accounts by automated means or in bulk
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
  • Circumvent the free tier drill limit or any other technical control
  • Use Clubroom’s API or AI features for purposes unrelated to football coaching
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without prior written permission

4. Club Admin Responsibilities

Club admins are responsible for ensuring that all members of their club use Clubroom in accordance with this policy. Additionally, club admins must:

  • Obtain appropriate consent before adding player names or other personal data to the platform
  • Ensure their use of player data complies with the Data Processing Agreement and applicable data protection law
  • Promptly remove members who violate this policy

5. AI Feature Use

Clubroom’s drill generator is powered by AI. You must only use it to generate football coaching content. The following are prohibited:

  • Attempting to extract, manipulate, or misuse the underlying model
  • Generating content unrelated to football coaching
  • Using prompt injection or jailbreaking techniques

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund, at Clubroom’s discretion. We will notify you of enforcement actions where legally permitted to do so.

7. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, email mail@clubroom.io with a description of the issue.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Clubroom after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
